[Image taken 13.11.21] Monks Cross retail park, Monks Cross, Huntington, York. [NOTE: streetview shows the previous site layout.] There is a crossing marked over the cycle circuit. But there's no gap in the cycle parking provision. And no gap in the cars behind that.
