Very difficult to negotiate by bike. The barrier, bollard, narrowness, and drop curb are all obstacles to navigate through.

There is pavement on only one side of the road here and that pavement is very narrow, allowing pedestrians to walk single file only. It's very difficult if someone is coming in the opposite direction.

Literally the worst surface I have ever ridden on. Really needs to be considered for a resurface at the very least. If not a full cycle lane

Trim back bushes etc to create space for families to use bikes to Markeaton Park

Speeding traffic using it as a rat-run. No inconvenience to residents by closure. Allows residents to use the road and not have to cross to social distance.

A cycle path is needed here. Cars and lorries often park in front of the drop curbs, blocking access, and the area is often littered with broken glass.

Kingsway shopping area needs to be much more accessible for cyclists by providing marked cycle lanes into and around the shopping area and more cycle parking by each and every shop.

Build a mountain bike cross country track in and around the park.

Vehicles speed up and down Handyside Street at great speed. Closing off at the top or bottom would stop rat-running and help create a more accessible St Alkmund's Green.

There is no way to walk between Spondon and Locko Park without walking on the road, which is 60mph and unsafe e.g. with buggies. A pavement here is long long overdue!

Moving from bus lane across the left turning lane to straight on is hazardous. Reduction in speed limit plus warning signs and change in road markings could help.
