Line of desire from the Pride Park Travelodge towards shared-use paths

Car park full of empty cars seems to be more important than joining the two bike lanes together.

Compared to the pavement on the opposite side of the road, the pavement is single file only. Cars are parked very closely to the curb but not at all on the other side. Bins are left in the road and elderly people and mothers with children … [more]

The footpath is too narrow & the road is too busy

Too narrow of a footpath. Difficult for elderly residents as well as school children to use the road as they have to go on to the road to cross one another but that's unsafe as it's a very busy road with constantly speeding vehicles.

Pavement is too narrow on the east side of Queen Street. Remove the end parking bays and one panel of railings to widen the pavement.

There is no way to walk between Spondon and Locko Park without walking on the road, which is 60mph and unsafe e.g. with buggies. A pavement here is long long overdue!

Pavement is too narrow for people to pass safely. Also route between infant and junior schools. Reported to me by resident in Old Hall Road.
